undertaken by Mr. Martin over the term of his career.

1969 – 1974
– Worked as builder/designer with small, innovative group of musicians
& engineers building cutting edge recording studios and facilities
throughout North America. Many projects completed for Atlantic
Records, Capital Records, Fantasy Records, Wally Heider, The
Automat, His Master’s Wheels, Ellliot Mazer, Neil Young, Ike Turner,
Anne Murray, The Grateful Dead, and others. Transported, set up and
operated mobile recording facilities and worked for; Crosby, Stills,
Nash & Young; The Grateful Dead, The Sly and the Family Stone, Joe
Cocker & Mad Dogs & Englishmen; The Tubes; The Eagles; Neil Young;
Leon Russell; Steve Miller Band; Pablo Cruise; Linda Rondstad; etc.
Mixed stage and house sound for numerous San Francisco Bay Area
bands & venues.

7/1990 – 9/2004 Milpitas RV Storage, Milpitas, California;
– Consisting of 245 class A RV storage spaces and 60 mini storage units
on 3.85 acres. Mr. Martin was 50% owner. His responsibilities
included land purchase negotiations; site planning and development;
entitlements; loan acquisition from U. S. Bank; construction
supervision; formulate business plan; implement security procedures;
day to day management. Mr. Martin was bought out by his partner
who continues to operate the business profitably.

9/1999 – 5/2002 Waterfront Construction Company, Oakland
California.
– Mr. Martin was a member of the board of directors for a formed
concrete construction company. The company specialized in
engineered concrete structures, and was a contractor on the San
Mateo bridge, San Francisco International Airport, reconstruction and
earthquake isolation fittings for the San Francisco City Hall dome; and
many other public facility and private sector projects throughout the
San Francisco bay area. Mr. Martin’s responsibilities included land
acquisition for in house development projects, conducted all
negotiations with all governmental agencies, procure financing for
projects, oversee management activities to assure alignment with
company goals. Mr. Martin resigned from the board 5/2002.

9/2000 – 3/2001 Glen Brook Apartments, San Jose, California;
– Project consisted of rehabilitating a 34 unit apartment building for sale
to a prospective investor. Mr. Martin was paid a fee to oversee the renegotiation
of all tenant leases; formulate a plan to rehab the
property; interview contractors for owner; oversee construction
activities; market and sell the property; day to day management;
oversee transition to new owner.

5/2001 – 11/2001 560 Oroville Road, Milpitas, CA; 1175 Kings Gate
& 1325 Sutter Gate, San Jose, CA
– Project consisted of refurbishing 3 condominiums taken in trade by Mr.
Martin, which were resold upon completion. Mr. Martin conducted all
aspects of this project including, re-negotiation of all tenant leases;
formulate a plan to rehab the properties; interview, hire and pay
contractors; oversee construction activities; market and sell the
properties.

11/2001 – 8/2004 Meadowood Lane, Oakley, California;
– Consisted of a land purchase and development of 4.89 acres of vacant
residential land into 16 custom home lots. Mr. Martin’s was 50%
owner and his responsibilities were to conduct all preliminary
development activities; devise a development plan; interview, hire and
direct engineers; meet with and negotiate with all governmental
agencies; procure project financing. Mr. Martin was bought out by his
partner during the city approval process.

11/2004 – 9/2008 Mr. Martin was 30%-50% principal owner participant
in various partnerships and LLCs, of the following properties:
– 99+/- acres of raw, residential land in Brunswick County, North
Carolina. Escrow closed on this property on July 15, 2005. The
property had preliminary approvals from Brunswick County for 318
residential units, and 50,000 square feet of retail commercial. Phase
One consisted of high end retail/service neighborhood commercial and
67 live/work lofts which will be designed to serve the local
communities, and the thoroughfare traffic on 4 Mile Road; Phase Two
consisted of 93+/- waterfront and marshland lots (30-33 acres) which
were to be developed and improved; Phase Three consisted of 93+/-
medium density residential lots and 65 medium high density
residential lots (25-28 acres). Mr. Martin’s responsibilities included
feasibility, entitlements, land acquisition negotiations, due diligence,
title and escrow management, preliminary development and
construction budgets, oversight of management activities to assure
alignment with project goals. FDIC closed our lender’s operations and
called our loan due.

– 91+/- acres in Spokane Valley, Washington closed escrow 9/06 with
preliminary approvals for 261 unimproved single-family lots. Mr.
Martin’s responsibilities included land acquisition negotiations, due
diligence, escrow management, preliminary development and
construction budgets, oversee management activities to assure
alignment with project goals. Lender called our loan due at the
instruction of FDIC due to our lenders poor loan to asset ratios.

– 852+/- acres Mimosa Plantation – The project consisted of
approximately 842 +/- acres of raw land. Located on Interstate 17, in
Bertie County, approximately 6 miles north of Windsor, and
approximately 4 miles south of Edenton, North Carolina. The property
was bisected by US Highway 17, with approximately 270 +/- acres on
the north side, and approximately 570 acres half on the south side of
the road. The project has over 3 ½ miles of frontage on US Highway
17. US Highway 17 is a main thoroughfare for access to Edenton,
Elizabeth City and points beyond; Norfolk, Virginia and its surrounding
communities. The property is within Bertie County’s urban service
district and the urban growth limit boundary. The property was not
planned or zoned. Mr. Martin’s responsibilities included feasibility,
entitlements, land acquisition negotiations, due diligence, title and
escrow management, preliminary development and construction
budgets, oversee management activities to assure alignment with
project goals. Project lost due to lender’s financial failure.

1/2007 – 1/2008
– Mr. Martin was President of Vicinages, Inc., a Nevada Corporation.
His responsibilities were to identify real estate markets, properties and
opportunities for Vicinages, Inc. to acquire, develop and/or hold;
negotiate purchase and acquisition agreements; conduct land
development and project entitlement processes to conform with
current marketing and management goals set out by Vicinages, Inc.
Projects were completed and company dissolved 1/2008.

1/2008 – Present
– Commercial Real Estate consulting & services; market and property
evaluations; management & marketing strategies. Transaction
services. New business and product start-up services.

3/2008-3/2009
– Mr. Martin was a 40% LLC member of Tierra Firma Holdings, LLC. His
responsibilities were to identify real estate markets, properties and
opportunities for TFH to acquire, develop and/or hold; negotiate
purchase and acquisition agreements; conduct land development and
project entitlement processes to conform with current marketing and
management goals set out by TFH. LLC dissolved 3/2009.

4/2008-9/2012
– Mr. Martin conducted the daily activities and market focus of Hill
Properties and Investments, Inc., a Nevada Corporation. He was a
director and Corporate Secretary, and was charged with qualifying all
potential deals, market studies, development processes, transaction
negotiations, escrow management, asset disposition, general business
management. All projects were completed and the Company dissolved
9/2012.

7/2008-10/2013
– Mr. Martin purchased and operated a horse farm in Gardnerville,
Nevada held for future custom home development. He sold the
property to a local developer for a profit and moved to Reno, Nevada
to focus on Innovolux (see below).

4/2008-1/2009
-Overseeing the selection and procurement of, and technical installation
of all theatrical improvements to Venture Christian Church, Los Gatos,
California, consisting of a full theatrical stage and curtain plan; 35K
watt fully digital sound system; 1,200 amp fully digital lighting
system; 400 amp video reproduction system, including a 9′ X 12′ LED
wall; and 5 camera television production system and control room(s).
He also consulted with the general contractor and subs regarding
building upgrades and retrofits to insure they would accommodate all
present and future technical installations. Project completed
1/2009.

6/2012-11/2014
– Innovolux, Inc., http://www.innovolux.com was a Nevada C
corporation, formed on November 14, 2012, by Arthur Yeap and Larry
R. Martin. Both founders have seasoned, expert experience
developing, designing, building and transporting multi-media, indoor
and outdoor, permanent and portable A/V facilities serving
government, business, entertainment, and worship activities
throughout North America. Larry R. Martin, CEO & Managing Director

5/2013-10 /2013
– Mr. Martin was the Project Manager overseeing the renovation, retrofit
and installation of all construction disciplines for Life Point Church in
Minden, Nevada. The project consisted of gutting and painting a
10,000 square foot, high bay (28’) concrete tilt-up building and
installing all brand new, custom acoustic surface treatments; flooring,
2 separate electrical systems (1-general service & 1-isolated “clean
power” service); acoustic HVAC ducting; new theatrical stage; 45,000
watt NEXO professional sound system; new A/V control booth with
Front of House audio, digital graphics and theatrical lighting controls;
new video control booth facilities; and backstage access and storage
facilities. He was responsible to meet with all city officials, engineers
(civil, structural, electrical and audio) and all subcontractors to
coordinate their contracts and on-site work. When the project
construction, acoustic installation and equipment installation were
complete, he oversaw commissioning of the systems into its normal
operation.

11/2014-4/2016
– Mr. Martin negotiated a “no down payment”, deferred interest only
payment, 100% seller financed purchase of an 18,800 SF, two-floor,
public building built in 1964 located in Midtown Reno. His partners
were a prominent, local non-profit start-up incubator which refurbished
the building as a condition of their “free rent” occupancy. The building
was sold to an owner/occupier for an excellent profit. Mr. Martin’s
partners still occupy a portion of the second floor of the building.

8/2015-4/2017
– Mr. Martin was a principal owner participant in an agreement to
purchase a geothermal well, power plant and 5,500 acres of real
estate in Northern-Central Nevada. The project goals were to improve
geothermal well and power generation efficiency to supply the
adjacent lands with power and fresh water to support recreation,
mixed use and commercial/industrial development over 40-50 years.
Mr. Martin’s responsibilities included feasibility, entitlements, land
acquisition negotiations, due diligence, title and escrow management,
preliminary development and construction budgets, oversee
management activities to assure alignment with project goals. The
project was determined to be unfeasible due to seller’s inaccurate
financial disclosures and unrealistic payout expectations.

3/2017- Present
– Mr. Martin is a principal participant in the Joint Venture redevelopment
of 1575 East Lincoln Avenue, Sparks, Nevada from a C-1 use to TOD
(Transportation Oriented District) mixed use development consisting of
Hospitality, professional office and entertainment commercial. The
property is located on the main entrance to the Legends Outlets Mall
consisting of over 1.2M S.F. of leasable space and occupied by over 50
retail tenants and restaurants, located on Interstate 80 and Sparks
Boulevard. The development plan includes a 120+/- room mid-rise
tower hotel; 50k +/- S.F. of live-work and professional space; and 15K
S.F of entertainment retail over 2 levels of underground parking. Mr.
Martin’s responsibilities are development & marketing strategies;
commercial build to suit agreements, sale & lease negotiations; project
feasibility, entitlements, market studies and due diligence
